If you are trying to login and are getting an error message that your username or
password are incorrect, you can recover either one.
If you have your username but don't have your password,
use the
Password Lookup
to recover your password. It will ask you for your user name and then
will email your login information to the email address that you entered in
when you registered.
If you don't have your username,
use the
Username Lookup
to recover your username. It will ask for either your email address or phone # and
then will give you your username.
